Job Description
Position: Marketing Manager – Critical Care
Roles and Responsibilities
- T
- Brand Management for the assigned product portfolio.
- Develop scientific write-ups and design LBL, visual aids, and other print materials.
- Identify creative and relevant inputs that can co-relate with brand promotion activities.
- Prepare creative and feasible brand performance strategies, activities, and field implementation tactics.
- Connect with field sales employees for smooth execution of planned strategies, feedback on self and competitor products, and market trends.
- Self-initiator in exploring possibilities of new product launches
- Good scientific knowledge about human anatomy and relevant therapy segment.
- Field working & Travel Openness (Upto 25%)
Work experience in Critical Care segment will be added advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
- B. Pharm or B. Sc with MBA Marketing has 8-10 yrs. of relevant experience in pharma PMT profile.
- Critical Care experience candidates will be preferred.
Professional Competencies
- Candidate should be good at English communication.
- Candidate must be able to work independently in MS Office, especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Internet, and Email correspondences.
- Candidate must possess strong analytical skills to interpret data and frame strategies that complement the division objectives.
