Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To lead, manage and control the Supply Chain & Operations Department
  • Support Business Units Team with SCM strategies.
  • Work with suppliers to help achieve revenue and inventory targets and build good relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Ensure that all materials purchased are at the best possible price, best quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate and work with the Internal Team.
  • Demand analysis & resolution of forecast-related issues.
  • Ensure delivery of new products & TP orders as per defined timelines.
  • Escalate any supply & Operations concerns to ensure timely corrective actions.
  • Monitor & control FG inventory.
  • Handled the supply chain operations including planning, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics of finished materials for the distribution of goods to hospitals, successfully managed warehouse operations, and logistics for PAN India supply from one central location.
  • Proficient in managing activities like demand planning, forecasting, demand fulfillment, and inventory management including finished goods.
  • Hands-on experience in managing overall functions of Materials Management Entailing Vendor Development, Sourcing & Logistics.
  • Proficiency in sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain, ensuring timely procurement of the material, and making appropriate arrangements to ensure on-time deliveries to achieve organizational goals.
  • Key People Leader, who motivates team towards growth and success in the organization; grooms the team with expertise on various facets per business requirement.
  • Develop the internal sales ordering process to make the system more efficient in terms of inventory accuracy, packing accuracy, timely delivery, and other process related to distribution.
  • A good relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
  • Handling Projects and coordinating with the project team to adhere to the timeline.
  • To ensure the development of team members & Adopt implementation quality systems.
  • Coordination with the internal department Finance, CPT, Warehouse Team, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP.
