Job Description
The position:
The position requires you to advise the management on the administration of human resources policies and procedures related to HR policy, Benefits, Employee Health and Safety, Employer Value Proposition, etc. One of the key responsibilities would be to review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee experience and new opportunities within the scope of responsibilities where HR can add value. Role & Responsibilities
- To enable the anchoring of EHS (Employee Health and Safety) under HR GBS to set the direction for the working environment within GBS Bangalore and to maintain/develop the framework for health and safety
- Take complete responsibility for HR communications including liaising and aligning with other general management teams (communications etc.) to drive the branding and communication agenda for HR GBS
- Conduct HR research, track and analyze metrics and suggest insight to improve decision making
- Collaborate with HR colleagues in other CoEs (Total Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Attraction) to offer integrated HR solutions to support business plans as high-value offerings
- Develop the Employer Value Proposition framework and follow through with the finer activities as agreed with the leadership
Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in human resources
- Managing and influencing other members of the team and employees across the business
- Researching and acknowledging what methods have been used within an organization previously, whether these have worked and how to improve on these going forward
- Experience in a global, matrix management structure
- Excellent interpersonal and good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
