Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Ensuring that electrical systems and equipment meet safety standards and regulations.
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as production and quality control, to improve efficiency and optimize the manufacturing process.
• Participating in the design and installation of new equipment and facilities.
• Participating in the maintenance, calibration, and validation of equipment.
• Developing and maintaining electrical schematics and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, control systems, and automation systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as FDA and cGMP.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Instrumentation.
• Experience with designing and implementing electrical systems in a GMP environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role, often requires working with other departments and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, E-plan, and others.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills.
