Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Ensuring that electrical systems and equipment meet safety standards and regulations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues that may arise in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as production and quality control, to improve efficiency and optimize the manufacturing process.
- Participating in the design and installation of new equipment and facilities.
- Participating in the maintenance, calibration, and validation of equipment.
- Developing and maintaining electrical schematics and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, control systems, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as FDA and cGMP.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, and Instrumentation.
- Experience with designing and implementing electrical systems in a GMP environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, as the role, often requires working with other departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, E-plan, and others.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong project management skills.
