Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good at HR Analytics
- Good at Preparing Presentations
- Stakeholder Management
- Recruitment of Blue & white collars
- Support in Site employee Engagement activities
- Contribute to HR Ops activities
- Induction – Onboarding of new hires
- Work in collaboration with HR Head for implementing HR Tech
- Facilitate orientation to the new hires & support them during the induction process.
