Job Description
Opening for the position of Regional Sales Manager (2nd Line) at Chennai in Cardio Diabetic
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities Training To The Field Staff Effectively
- Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
- Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
- Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly levels
- Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through a team in company-prescribed formats Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and
- Coordinate with RSM, ZSM, GM, and Zonal HR for the same
Critical attributes/qualities:
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem-solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Note: Candidates having experience in Cardio – Diabetic Segment is MUST.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with Science / Pharmacy with a minimum of 5 years experience in 1st line or 2 years experience in 2nd line is preferred.
Age limit: up to 40 years
Experience: 8-13 Years
Qualification: Graduation
