Job Description
Key Accountabilities
- Achieving Sales target with a min growth of 12% per month, as per plan for the region
- Need to do DVL preparation/ validation.
- Implementation of customer coverage/ call plan/strategy implementation for Sales and Marketing as per norms.
- To take care of regional profitability(healthy product mix)
- Take care of the Return on investment on CRM.
- Making recommendations based on Market surveys on bonuses, tie-ups, and new product introductions.
Tasks :
- Identification of Key doctors / HVG doctors / for assured business returns.
- Complete doctor’s coverage as per the DVL list.
- Stockiest survey/appointment/inventory management
- Adherence to company call average norms
Role at Doctors Chamber:
- Ensure achievement of sales targets: Track and support booking of order
- Promote companies image and highlight quality and profits to the doctor
- Brand POB on daily basis with the objective
- Ensuring call frequency and gift distribution on time
- Ensure 100% process compliance as per norms
MIS & ANALYTICS:
- Maintain all sales-related trackers and reports for assigned locations
- Maintain data on stockiest supply and payment with inventory management
- Maintain team members’ activity/records/objective and incentive earning ready reckoner
- Keep personal inventory of 60 core doctors.
- Maintain Record book, DFWR, Monthly reports, etc
Required Candidate profile
Qualifications: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Upto 3 years and Above preferred
