Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of SOPs, STPs, Specifications, GTPs, worksheets, and updation of the above records.

  • Operation and calibration of instruments.

  • In-process, Batch release, and stability sample testing by techniques such as:

    • Physical appearance

    • pH

    • Osmolality

    • Conductivity

    • Spectrophotometric techniques like protein content by UV (OD @ 280 nm) and etc.,

    • Extractable volume

    • SDS-PAGE

    • IEF

    • Host cell-derived protein ELISA

    • Protein A Leachate ELISA

    • All Colorimetric assays

    • Quantification of Host cell DNA by q-PCR

    • Mycoplasma testing by q-PCR

    • Masters preparation in LIMS

  • Documentation of In-process, batch release, and stability samples.
  • Execution of Analytical method validations.
  • Preparation of reagents and buffers.
  • Responsible for analysis and review of analytical related activities in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Responsible for usage, monitoring, and verification of all kinds of Laboratory log books.
  • Monitoring and verification of Temperature and Humidity.
  • Ensure cleaning and washing of plastic ware and glassware.
  • Responsible for GLP compliance.

Work Location: Jadcherla, Telangana.
