Job Description
Business Unit – GLP1 & Obesity
The position:
As Project Manager, you will develop & implement both strategic and tactical projects for disease awareness of obesity, in line with the approved pre-launch plan. Implement external business projects in alignment with local and international strategies for Obesity. You will develop measurements (Key Performance Indicators) and preferred outcomes (what good looks like) to follow progress and measure success and report performance on a regular basis according to plan. Monitor pre-and post-project performance through liaison with Business Information and management of the cross-functional launch team.
You will be responsible for –
- Stay up to date on competitor insights and initiatives, and customer insights in order to anchor our External Business Project proposals.
- Drive positive corporate reputation and brand image, working with the Communications team to ensure engaging internal and external communications.
- This position requires you to participate in global and regional networks with colleagues in similar positions and engage with medical and marketing to recognize external possibilities and internal responsibilities.
- Project Manager will evaluate the appropriate use and allocation of project resources to ensure the attainment of unit, department, and company profitability goals and ensure ongoing management and oversight of the budget to target levels.
- You will work according to Business Ethics procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.
Qualifications
- You hold a full-time Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or a Life Science with preference to post-graduate qualification in Project Management.
- You should have 3-4 years of pharma Project management or Healthcare Program management exp.
- Prior experience in handling Product launches is an advantage.
