Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support to Manager and Customer Handling – Co-ordinate with manufacturing, quality, logistics, R&D, finance, and RA for day-to-day activities. Assist manager and coordinate in activities related to customer audits. Handle queries and follow-up.
- Financial/Payment – Processing of commission notes, and credit notes. Payment follow-ups in the time leading to maintaining of Budgeted DSO.
- Business Development Support to Managers – Use CRM for generating & follow leads with customers. Existing data to be analyzed for follow-up of orders. Use web-based data to generate leads.
- MIS and Optimisation of Data – Taking care of pre & post shipment documents for Customers. Maintain Sales, Samples & customer data & prepare Monthly presentations. Support managers in Sales Forecast Management (along with adherence to forecast accuracy & fidelity). Maintain product specifications of Customers. Use Genie for project management (sample to commercialization)
