Job Description
Manager – SCM – Pune
- Handle the company’s supply chain function
- Closely work with Affiliates’ supply chain function
- Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth functions of the supply chain function
- Develops and maintain the performances of vendors and communicate/engage with them on a regular basis in a constructive manner
- Highlight challenges in advance so those can be addressed appropriately
- Closely work with shipping vendors to ensure the timely availability of fleets/containers to ensure uninterrupted supply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A thorough understanding of company products and logistics experience in the Pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
