Job Description

Job Purpose

To plan, manage & strategize all development activities for new & existing products to ensure the development of robust quality products within a pre-defined timeframe and budget, with a continuous focus on improvements.

Accountabilities

  • Evaluate product feasibility by ensuring the availability of necessary pre-requisites for product development
  • Plan the product development and ensure implementation and execution of related activities within a predefined time for the successful completion of quality products
  • Review & analyze all development documents like development strategy, development pharmaceutics, QbD documentation, etc. to maintain quality & regulatory standards
  • Monitor scaling up of developed products
  • Ensure regulatory compliance during development by implementing regulatory guidelines
  • Identify innovative & novel technologies in coordination with the suppliers to build future capabilities
Education Qualification

M. Pharm/Ph. D

Relevant Work Experience

7-15 years of experience in formulation development (in any dosage form)
