Job Description

  • Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
  • Training To The Field Staff
  • Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
  • Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales Preparing deliverables and targets for all team members
  • Driving team members to the achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the organization
  • Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly levels Managing CFA Ensuring timely reporting through a team in company-prescribed formats
  • Involvement in the competency-based recruitment process and coordination with ZSM, NSM GM, and HR for the same
