Hospital Business Manager: Corporate Sales (Pharmaceutical Sales)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identify key contacts in Corporate accounts through effective customer profiling
Build quality relations and manage key stakeholders across key accounts, by interacting with decision-makers, influencing the formulary (Purchase, pharmacy, therapeutic committee, KOLs)
Customize the offering of portfolio and value-added services for key accounts, by leveraging Cipla’s capabilities across therapies & functions
Oversee smooth operations for servicing key accounts and ensure order fulfillment (incl. managing ASUs and depot processes), and facilitate compliance requirements with the commercial team.
Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
Collaborations across therapy teams
Must participate in all Rate contracts and in negotiations to get max SOW
Drive the corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the IP market and identifying the market dynamics.
