Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is looking to hire experienced / freshers for the Rural Sales / Activations Executive role.

Locations: Assam, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura

Job profile of Rural Activation Executive (RAE)

Roles of RAE will organize medical camps in an area (4-5 districts) assigned to an individual.

• Executing the camps as per specifications e.g. availability of diagnostic kits, devices, consumables, etc.
• Engage and interact with key healthcare influencers in the village like Gram Pradhan, ASHA workers, etc. to seek guidance, inputs, and support inactivation
• Promotion of the camps through door-to-door activities to build awareness and drive footfalls to camps
• Coordinating with Vistara/Vistara + ASM & FMRs for the launch of the program together and conducting camp at the correct Drs
• Coordinating/engaging with Dr./RMPs on information about Camps/activation & awareness drives
• Coordinating with Dr./RMPs for Training & On-boarding on the app

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education & Experience:
  • Graduate / Any Undergraduate can also apply (12th / HSC mandatory)
  • 2+ years of fieldwork experience, preferably sales, trade activation, BTL promotions
  • Freshers can also apply.
• Key Personal Attributes:
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and travel
  • Communication skills (regional language)
  • Comfortable in talking to customers and managing the relationship
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment & High Energy and Drive
  • Must be collaborative in approach and a team player
  • Good networking & influencing abilities
  • Background of sales in rural areas (Pharma, Agri, FMCG, etc.)
  • Both Males & Females can apply
