Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To supervise the working of field staff in the designated Territory
- Ensure the individual & team targets are met
- To work Jointly with field Staff for relationship management
- Ensure company policies and norms are followed
- Prepare a strategy for key account management
- Ensure call effectiveness and productivity
