Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Ortho Division in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives
  • Represent the company and company products to Hospital Doctors.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the ortho market

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience 4 -7+ years in Sales preferably in Ortho segments.
  • Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate- Science preferable
  • Product Specialisation – Orthopaedic Segment
  • Candidates should be Smart, Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Presentable, and Good in Market Research.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of products.
  • The candidate must communicate freely the benefits of our brands and persuade the Doctors to prescribe our brands
