Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Ortho Division in the assigned territory
- Manage a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the ortho market
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Can able to handle a team of TBM’s
- Experience 5 -7+ years in Sales preferably in the Ortho segment.
- 5years +Experience of leading a team is required
- Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate

- Candidates should be – Smart, Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Presentable, and Good in Market Research.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of products.
