Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Ortho Division in the assigned territory
  • Manage a team of sales representatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement marketing and sales initiatives
  • Represent the company at industry events and tradeshows
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the ortho market

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Can able to handle a team of TBM’s
  • Experience 5 -7+ years in Sales preferably in the Ortho segment.
  • 5years +Experience of leading a team is required
  • Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate
  • Business Territory Entire Chennai
  • Product Specialisation – Ortho
  • Candidates should be – Smart, Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Presentable, and Good in Market Research.
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of products.
