Job Description

The following will be the responsibilities of the position holder:

To Facilitate Technical Operations for Pharmaceutical dosage forms at the Baddi plant.

Primary Job Functions:

• Internalization and Externalization of Pharmaceutical Products.
• Master manufacturing dossier preparations and review.
• Scale Up/Scale  Down for new and existing products. Technical support during vendor development.
• Troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Support QA and Operations in technical matters for business continuity and growth.
• Technical support to Feno Penta commercialization and Thyronorm development.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Technical Operation department support to different departments as listed below:

For Innovation and Development (I&D Mumbai):

• Act as receiving team for new products from I&D to AHPL, Baddi.
• Review of Master Manufacturing Dossier of New Products.
• Execution of Validation Batches along with formulator.
• ScaleUP/Scale Down for new products and equipment selection.

For the Production Department:

• Provide technical support during day-to-day process manufacturing.
• Troubleshooting in the process if required along with justification.
• Cost-saving projects by reduction of process time cycle or by packing configuration.
• Selection of tooling and change part to know how the approach for different products.
• Creation of Bill of Material for SAP upload for existing products.

For Quality Assurance Department

• Involvement in investigation and market complaints and providing the resolution plan as a part of a cross-functional team.
• Support in audits and regulatory perspective.
• Review of Optimization and Validation protocols.
• Support for investigating OOS /OOT /Deviations.

For Quality Control Department:

• Review standard test specifications and finished goods specifications of new products.
• Investigation of OOS/OOT results.

Supervisory /Management Responsibilities:

• To provide technical guidance and manage a technical team of Associate managers, senior executives, and executives.
• To provide technical training to cross-functional teams.
