Job Description

Research Scientist/Senior Research Associate – ADL Biotech R&D

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical method development for in-process and finished product characterization.
  • Perform testing of therapeutic proteins (drug substance, drug products- Peptides, Insulin, Insulin analogs, biosimilars) using HPLC, LC-MS, CE, and UPLC.
  • Carry out the literature search, data interpretation, and preparation of documents for method transfer and regulatory dossiers.
  • Prepare documents of work process and test results in compliance with specifications.
  • Perform calibration of various analytical instruments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must be well versed in theoretical and operational basics of structural characterization of therapeutic proteins using various spectrometric techniques.
  • Thorough understanding of basic principles in protein chemistry/Biochemistry/separation science.

Qualification: M.Pharma, M.Tech Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical, Chemical, MS/M.Sc(Science), Chemistry, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biotechnology
