Job Description

Research Scientist/Senior Research Associate – ADL Biotech R&D

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design of downstream process development for recombinant drug substance from microbial cells
  • Process development of the recombinant protein products with desired quality attributes
  • Generate material for formulation and pre-clinical toxicity studies
  • Documentation as per Internal /Regulatory/ Manufacturing requirement
  • Technology transfer and scale-up
  • Establishing proof of concept of DSP process development
  • Design for automation of the developed process
  • Analytical method development for r-Protein products

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in chromatography and filtration techniques
  • Expertise in solubilization and refolding to obtain pure protein of interest.

Qualification: M.Tech, MS/M.Sc(Science), Ph.D/Doctorate in Immunology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biotechnology
