Job Description

Associate Manager – Learning University

Women Candidates Preferred

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering in-house behavioral and general L&D programs at the plant for cultural enhancement and development of talents. Support LU Manager in achieving the objectives of the Learning University by closely coordinating with the middle-level management. Mandatory to have proficiency in developing interactive e-learning modules on Articulate 360 or other AI learning management systems.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
  • Partner with site training team and functional team to effectively design, develop and implement learning aseptic programs in support of business goals and site strategies.
  • Understand and gain proficiency in understanding internal systems and tools to administer the L&D activities and progress requirements of GMP
  • Design the KPI and metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Learning University
  • Execute any other related work assigned by the team.
  • On-board new external learning partners in the system as per business requirement
  • Vendor management and procurement for LU

Qualifications:

Must-Have:
  • Master’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Experience developing, delivering, and assessing classroom, computer-based, and competency-based functional training
  • Strong facilitation skills as well as instructional systems design experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to build and maintain working partnerships with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects to successful outcomes
  • Proactive and effective communication within and across shifts
  • Excellent computer skills including experience with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Nice-to-Have:
  • Proficiency in Telugu
  • Relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
  • Knowledgeable of current trends in training and organization development theory
