Job Description
Job Purpose
Operate pilot plant activities in shifts to ensure smooth operations for the execution of pilot batches
Accountabilities
- Execute trial batches and material generation batches in the pilot plant as per project requirements and timelines
- Co-ordinate with the shift officer to ensure the material available for execution
- Identify areas of improvement in the operational process during pilot plant batches and suggest the same to the Officer and Head Pilot Plant for bringing necessary operational improvements
- Maintain Pilot Plant equipment in safe operating condition for smooth operations
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for batch requirements and safe execution
- Maintain the pilot plant cleaning as per cGMP requirement
Education Qualification
B.Sc.( Chemistry) /Diploma Engg.(Chemical)
Relevant Work Experience
2-4 yrs of relevant Experience in a Pilot Plant as an Operator
