Job Description

  • Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utility.
  • Responsible for all QMS documents related to engineering documents(SOP, CCP, CAPA, Deviation, Internal / External audit reports) within the timeline.
  • Responsible to ensure Qualification & Re-Qualification of HVAC, Dynamic Pass box, and equipment timely closure of reports.
  • To ensure preparation of Qualification documents of equipment as per requirement.
  • To ensure timely calibration of plant instruments (Temperature Indicator, Temperature sensors, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges etc)
  • Accountable to maintain the spares / critical spare of equipment.
  • Responsible for site project activity for new equipment & modification work as per the process requirement.
  • To ensure an uninterrupted supply of utilities like chilled water, chilled brine, and steam to plant

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience – 15-16 Yrs in the Pharmaceutical / Chemical Industry (Preference for Pharma Candidate)

  • Should have sound knowledge of Utility Operation / Troubleshooting and Engineering Documentation

Qualification: BE / B Tech in Mechanical
