Job Description
Product Manager – Cardio-Diabetic
Locations: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Head in developing plans for creating and customizing marketing strategies for existing and new products within the assigned portfolio
- Create and monitor mktg programs to ensure brand obj. in terms of volumes, market reach and penetration, and brand perception – internal data analysis to create/modify strategies to increase revenue and profits
- Create the right product positioning and align specific promotional activities with increasing brand visibility of new and existing products
- Review the market research data to assess customer attitudes towards existing and new products, forecast and recommend action plans
- Prepare and present business case justifications to key internal stakeholders for new product ideas and improvement in the product line
- Coordinate with the advertising agencies regarding the product campaign including journal advertising, direct mail, conferences, and social media outreach
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate the response and suitability of current promotional material and keep them updated regarding product-related developments and competitor products
- Track monthly/quarterly performance of brands as per targeted budget and deliver defined objectives in terms of sales, profit margins, and market shares
- Ensure that the sales team is being provided with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product which may include printed and electronic promotional materials, product training, and relevant clinical papers
- Build connections with the KOLs and medical fraternity to ensure brand promotion across the targeted segments
- Manage the proper address and resolution of any product-related issues or queries
Education Qualifications:
- B.Pharm. (Candidates with an MBA are preferred)
- Experience 5-7 years of experience in a similar role in Pharma sector
