Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
Sales goals and hygiene:
- To generate sales through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors’ list.
- Responsible for product detailing and discussions with the customers for prescription generation.
Implementation of marketing strategies:
- Effective planning of territory coverage,
- Conduct continuous medical education and activities as defined in cycle meetings
- Keeping self-updated with the scientific knowledge
Stock Management, daily reporting & competitor information
- Taking orders and collecting payments timely
- To provide regular feedback on competitor activity through market surveys/ field interaction with the HO
- Timely reporting of daily work through the sales force reporting system
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors in Pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream, MBA/PGDM with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in similar therapy areas is desirable
- Prefer for female candidates
- This is a pharma field sales role; hence, candidates interested in field roles may apply.
