Job Description
Hospital Business Manager: Corporate Sales (Pharmaceutical Sales)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify key contacts in Corporate accounts through effective customer profiling
- Build quality relations and manage key stakeholders across key accounts, by interacting with decision-makers, influencing the formulary (Purchase, pharmacy, therapeutic committee, KOLs)
- Customize the offering of portfolio and value-added services for key accounts, by leveraging Cipla’s capabilities across therapies & functions
- Oversee smooth operations for servicing key accounts and ensure order fulfillment (incl. managing ASUs and depot processes), and facilitate compliance requirements with the commercial team.
- Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors
- Collaborations across therapy teams
- Must participate in all Rate contracts and in negotiations to get max SOW
- Drive the corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from the IP market and identifying the market dynamics.
