Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and loading of steam sterilizer loads.
  • Operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing vessels, Steam Sterilizer, Dry Heat Sterilizer, Microfluidizer, Inline homogenizer, CIP/SIP unit, Filter integrity testing machine, Glove leak testing machine, Offline NVPC, Contact parts washer.
  • To record events, process parameters in logbooks, and Batch manufacturing records.
  • Operation and Cleaning of Mobile Laminar Air Flow, Garment Cubicle, Laminar Air Flow, and Dynamic Pass Boxes.
  • Balance calibration and verification operations and issuance of consumable materials.
  • In-process checks during the stage-wise process as per the Batch Manufacturing Record
  • Bulk Manufacturing and filtration of Products in Controlled Areas.
  • Handhold experience with Labelling machines, Cartonator, Checkweigher, Autoclave, etc.

Qualification: B. Sc, Diploma

Experience: 2-7 Years
