Job Description:
- To ensure 100% of zonal Sales Target month after month by organizing the efforts of the team i.e. RSMs/AMs/Reps/MEs etc.
- To develop RSMs/AMs/Reps/MEs in their present jobs as well as equip them to assume greater managerial responsibilities.
- To study and analyze the market data provided by HO, and the basis that assists the team RSMs/ AMs in preparing their action Plan
- To assign challenging but achievable objectives to RSMs/AMS.
- To review reports on sales and activities and compare them with the planned activities to ensure the achievement of results.
- To make frequent and regular trips on a planned basis to the RSMs/ AMs territory for counseling and guiding them.
- To plan and conduct periodic sales meetings with the purpose of educating, training and motivating field personnel in the zone.
- To ensure vacancies of the zone are filled in timely filled adequate manning should be maintained at any given time.
- To control expenses and costs within the zone, approve expenses of the team, and aid in building/operating budgets and functioning within them.
- To report to NSM/ Division Head, every month, on zonal achievement of sales, sales trends, and competitors’ activities within the Zone.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regularly and ensure proper implementation of the marketing strategies and also update them of competitors’ information and activities.
.Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates must have Cardio Diabetes experience, Preferred with Diabeto / insulin background.
- Must have covered Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh area.
Qualification:
Any Graduates (Preferably B. Pharma, B.Sc.)/D. Pharma
Experience:
12 to 15 years of Relevant Experience.
