Job Description

Sr. Manager or AGM – Business Development (Formulations Business )

Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd is looking for competent professional to be an integral part of its team for the position Executive- Development & Operations API for assigned regulated markets based at our Corporate office, Vadodara – Gujarat.

Job Profile:

  • Co-ordination with PPIC, Logistics, Finance & Regulatory department for the effective support for the assigned region.
  • Maintain MIS of sales / samples / impurities.
  • Coordinate with overseas customers/agent and abreast them about the execution of the order quantity, shipment documents etc.
  • Keep track of customers order and payments.
  • Manage queries related to quality/or any complaint received from the overseas customers.
  • Timely sales order placement in SAP system.
  • Interact with customer for their visits/audits & to assist them for the logistics.

Desired Profile:

  • Science graduate with Management Degree
  • Experience from 1 to 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP
  • Good written communication
  • Ability to do strong follow ups

Qualification: B.Pharma/MBA/PGDM

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant business development experience in the LATAM market
