Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop business growth strategy focused on Clinical Business.
- Build long term relationship with existing and new stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Indian healthcare ecosystem and emerging landscape.
- Champion and own the accounts on following aspects- Strategy, Order to cash cycle, Product usage, Product Challenges- Customer Expectations VS Product Capabilities and customer value creation.
- Communicating account/clinical strategy via business plan to senior leadership team.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and markets dynamics and leverage the information to design and execute clinical strategies.
Desired Profile:
- MSc in Lifesciences and preferably MBA.
- Passion for science, health and genomics.
- 7-10 Years experience in business development preferably from Life Sciences Industry and commercialising molecular/IVD kits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up to 50% of travel required.
Qualifications: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Botany, Zoology, M.Tech in Bio-Chemistry/Bio-Technology, Biomedical
