Job Description

Job Purpose:

Ensuring the generation of demands at a retail level to push sales at the stockiest end at the regional level. Driving annual and quarterly targets timely and ensuring teams performance

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Graduate/MBA preferred
  • Age: Less than 40 years
  • Managerial Experience (Team Size: 4-8)
  • Experience in a managerial or equivalent role for 5+ years with two geographies/ At least 3+ years as ABM
  • Geography experience: At least 3 years in the same geography (Managerial experience)

  • Experience : > 1 Years in Generics and retail segment as RSM
  • Education: Graduate
  • Locations Open : Patna, Indore, Nagpur, Delhi, Bangalore, Chandigarh
