Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by generating prescriptions through meetings with doctors.
- Implement the marketing strategy and conduct assigned promotional brand activities.
- Maintain retail order booking thus ensuring timeliness of supply and product availabilityDevelop and strengthen professional relationship with customers.
- Develop new customers.
- Follow reaction and competitor trends and transfer crucial market information to RM.
- Process Champion knowing the why and how of sales processes.
- Collection of Adverse Event (AE) reports, including lack of efficacy or product quality complaints related to Wockhardts product.
- Share the report up to maximum possible level of completeness within 24 hours to assigned person(s) in Wockhardts pharmacovigilance system
- Employee must follow Pharmacovigilance and safety reporting process as per regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience 1-5 years in Pharma Sales
- Qualification Graduate/Postgraduate- Science preferable
