Diagnose, design, delivery, and deployment if organization design initiatives
Work closely with Business leaders to identify and assess function-specific organization design projects to enhance both operating effectiveness and productivity
Identification f linkages from organization design initiatives to culture and learning; connecting and co-creating solutions with TA, LnOD, and HRBPs
Workforce Planning:
Partner with HR & business teams to define optimal manpower distribution.
Work closely with the business to ensure adherence to plan and objectively updating manpower plan in line with business changes
Drive realization of target FTE benefits and business impact
Embrace several sources of insights and combine those into a single source of truth (HRIS system, Talent Acquisition System, Contract Management, Business case, Financial plans, Headcount reporting, Continuous improvement, etc.)
Keep track of functional headcount plans
Maintain consistency and integrity of unique job roles
Project Management:
Work with COEs and HRBPs to design, plan and implement global HR transformation and improvement projects
Benchmark HR best practices wherever required
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and hierarchical levels to enable buy-in and feedback
