Job Description
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver strategic people plans to support the business
- Drive hiring process in defined timelines with metrics
- Drive initiatives in consultation with the HR Head to improve HR processes
- Analyze various metrics of the business and implement associated action plans
- Design and implement various Employee Engagement initiatives
- Drive performance management and propose HR best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Human Resources / Marketing would be preferred
- Experience of at least 7-8 years in a similar role from a Pharmaceutical background is a mandate
- Should have Experience in handling Field staff & Business HR
- Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Should be from a Pharmaceutical background
