Job Description

• Ensure proper coordination & job distribution to the team during shift operation. Ensure minimum/zero production loss by ensuring min 98%availability of plant & utility equipment during shift operation.
• To ensure compliance with GMP/GEP. To carry out preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of Water system, HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, and other Utility Equipment and Machines.
• Preparing Preventive maintenance schedule for the Water system, HVAC, Chiller, Boiler, and other Utility Equipment and Machines.
• To maintain documents like History cards, preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance for the respective areas.
• Daily Planning & job allocation to the team
• To ensure availability of general consumable & critical spares for respective areas Generation of daily shift reports and monthly reports like MTTR/MTBF data.
• To ensure timely material procurement.
• Why-Why analysis of the repeated issue in the respective area & continual improvement in equipment performance.
• Identify & implement projects for equipment efficiency improvement (OEE) Condition monitoring & CLTI of the respective area
• Identification of energy-saving and cost-saving opportunities in the area
• Working on SAP and QMS-related online applications like Sotraq, Isotrain, Trackwise, etc.

Qualification – B. Tech Electrical / Mechanical

Experience: 6 – 9 years in utility operations
