Job Description
Assistant Manager / Manager – Administration Department
- Ensuring timely bookings and confirmations are delivered to Managers/Guests/Field Staff within the budget limit.
- Hotel Bookings for the Employees and Guests.
- Travel Bookings for the Employees and Guests.
- Booking of Guest House & Training Halls for Training Programs.
- Negotiation with Hotels/Travel Vendors Pan India basis.
- Contract Signed vendors for BTC – Pan India.
- Air Travel Bookings & Billings.
- Ensuring timely payments to the vendors.
Looking for Candidate :
- Having experience of at least 4 to 6 years in Hospitality profile.
- Having experience in Hotels and Cab Booking along with Bill processing.
Job Location : Mumbai (Kandivli)
Required Experience: min 4 to 6 Years into Administration
