Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Qualification and Requalification of the HVAC system.
  • Qualification and Requalification of LAF units and other Grade A equipment.
  • Qualification and Requalification of Equipment like Autoclave, tunnel, filling and capping.
  • Qualification and Requalification of Utilities.
  • Verification of Design qualification and related documents to equipment i.e., URS, FAT, and execution of FAT.
  • Preparation / Review of the Facility, Equipment, and Utilities Qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), a compilation of the executed protocol, and writing report.
  • Re-qualification Schedule management.
  • Exposer on Lyophilizer validation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Regulatory and guideline requirements of Equipment and utility qualifications.
  • Thorough knowledge of aseptic practices.
  • Preparation and review of airflow patterns of Grade A and Grade B.
  • Should have good knowledge of rationales for autoclave and tunnel validations.
  • Exposer on the preparation of standard operating procedures.

Qualification: B.Pharma, B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech, M Pharma, MSc/MS
