Job Description

  • Develop new packaging materials.
  • Preparation of Specifications, SOPs & OPMLs.
  • Artworks development as per guidelines and Customer/ Marketing requirements.
  • Artworks uploading in Harmony software and coordination with cross-functional teams for approvals.
  • Compliance with packaging materials as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Coordination within the Department, Regulatory, Production, QC, and QA on day to day basis.
  • New vendor development for packaging materials.
  • Documentation and execution for easy retrieval.
  • Vendor audit for packaging materials.
  • Checking and approval of artworks, print proofs, and shade cards
  • Machine trails for new packing components, and approvals of component drawings.
  • Material code creation for primary/secondary/tertiary packaging materials with coordinating with SCM.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all external vendors to improve efficiency processes through the incorporation of new technology.
  • Analyze the packing materials like Rondo trays, Ampoules & vials, bags cartons shipper as per USP, BP & CGMP Innovator packing materials
  • Primary, Secondary, and tertiary packing material development.
  • Respond the market complaints and packaging deficiencies.
  • To take up additional responsibilities assigned time by time by management.

Qualification; M.Pharma, M.Tech, MSc/MS, MBA/PGDM
