Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis on current business, competition, gaps, and potential market to identify and execute relevant marketing activities.
- Diverse activities include planning, work organization, methods, determining priorities, budget, and control.
Knowledge transfer to subordinate and sales team - Ensures seamless communication with the sales team on marketing activities along with unified delivery of marketing collateral to customers, and coordinates customer gratification activities.
- Monitoring digital presence – Website management and Digital platforms management with help of vendors, evaluating the activities, and ensuring connection with the target audience.
- Arrange, manage and attend various conferences & meetings, manage related logistics, Plan, design, and execute conference campaigns.
- Responsible for creating short, medium & long-term Marketing strategies/tactics and direction
– Formulate plans to expand the portfolio through organic and inorganic growth
– Manage communication, inputs, and strategies to meet business objectives
– Leverage CRM initiatives to generate business
– Ensure that all marketing team members adhere to accuracy, thoroughness, and timelines in all functions
– Coach and guide the team to enhance performance
– Setting high standards in communication/campaigns and promotions
