Job Description
- Managing the entire talent acquisition life cycle from sourcing to interviewing, selection, offer & handholding till onboarding.
- Managing the development of programs and initiatives for employer brand building such as “Great Place to Work” certification etc.
Required Candidate profile
- Min. 5+ years of exp. in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working in Pharma will be an advantage.
- Should have handled positions across departments & levels.
- Good written & oral communication skills.
