Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing business plans/ market strategies for the products within the assigned portfolio.
  • Making a Brand plan, Brand strategy & competitor analysis of the brands.
  • Planning & timely delivery of promotional inputs.
  • Identifying the opportunities for market share growth.
  • Provide direction, and motivation to the field sales team for ensuring optimum performance. • Ensuring marketing strategy implementation.
  • Conducting meetings, Product launches, and organizing CMEs.
