ROTATING EQUIPMENT
Centrifugal pumps:-
• Inspection and renewal of deep groove ball and roller bearings.
• Setting the axial centering and radial centering of impeller.
• Checking the bearing clearance of bearing using feeler gauge.
• Renewal of impeller and casing wear rings if it is damaged.
• Setting mechanical seal in various arrangements.
• Checking and correcting the alignment by reverse dial method and visually.
Gear Box : –
• Speed reduce and speed increase
• Completely overhauling with bearing and gear teeth checking.
• Bearing clearance checking
• Run out of pinion shaft low speed and high speed
• Backlash of pinion and bull gear.
STATIC EQUIPMENT
FILTER :-
Preventive and corrective maintenance activities of sand filter, active carbon filter and regeneration of filters.
Shell and tube type heat exchanger: –
Maintenance and cleaning of tube using of flexible shaft with brush.
Valve :-
Removal and re installed valve recondition of valve seats, lapping hydro testing of the valve servicing and testing valve likes gate valve, ball valves, check valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and pressure safety valves.
Chiller (water cooled and air cooled chiller);-
• Operation of chiller
• Maintenance of chiller
• maintenance and inspection of chiller
• maintenance and inspection of Evaporator
• Operation and maintenance of primary and secondary pump with Motor.
