Work & Experience
Manage the site effectively and ensure production and all other operations run smoothly on a day-to-day Responsible for month-wise production planning in co-ordination with Supply Chain. Responsible for on-time delivery of month-wise production targets within budgeted yields and efficiencies with first time right quality to meet customer commitments. Ensure that the Production Block and other infrastructures are operated at maximum utilization with proper preventive and predictive maintenance. Review Site operational MIS and implement action points. Manage and control the annual budget for the Site and tracking on a periodic basis. Ensure that Plant is complying with QMS/GMP and other regulatory requirements. Liaising with R&D, quality, maintenance, finance, projects to review and resolve any production related issues and ensure that new methodologies and technologies, practices are facilitated. Liaison with the Government Official for smooth operation of the Site. Ensure all statutory and EHS compliance for the Site. Ensure manpower discipline at the site and take corrective action if needed. Maintain a safe work environment and effective Plant Administration to ensure upkeep of the physical location. Manage performance of all his direct reports and take appropriate steps to enhance performance levels by providing suitable development plans.
