Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide technical guidance to Plant Engineers related to API manufacturing Plants and their related P.P. Areas assigned to you. Also to discuss day-to-day Engineering issues and major modifications of the respective plant/area.
- To discuss technical matters with Vendors related to Maintenance and Modification projects.
- To provide facilities in the existing plants for manufacturing enhancement/ solvent recovery etc.
- Execution of modifications in the existing of new products/capacity enhancement.
- To ensure the compliance of Documentation work.
- Execution of major modification jobs of existing plants.
- To implement and ensure Solvent Recovery measures.
- To provide technical inputs for the preparation of budgets, getting approval management, and ensuring timely execution of the same.
- Execution of various Energy Conservation Measures related projects.
- To ensure timely compliance of all Audit-related points.
- To ensure timely submission of all the documents to Q. A.
- To provide necessary guidance to the Engineering blockhead for compliance with statutory requirements as per Pharmacopoeia, cGMP, and ISO standards.
- To provide the necessary support to Engineering blockheads for the preparation of QRA and investigation.
- To ensure the updation of the documents related to EHS and OHSAS.
- To explore the possibility of introducing new technology.
- Energy conservation activities like assessment, planning, and execution in Plants.
- Any other assignment being given by the Head of Engineering from time to time.
- To Prepare, review, and renew Contract agreements with vendors related to Mechanical maintenance.
- To follow the work permit system.
- To guide and ensure the implementation of EHS-related issues.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: BE/B.Tech- Mechanical
Experience: 18 – 25 Years
