Job Description

Primary Job Function

  • Achieving assigned Area/TBM-wise sales target
  • Support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target
  • Achieve Brand & Product wise target
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy.
  • Develop & mentor Team for the next level

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Team members to achieve their Territory wise
  • Coaching TBM on various on the Job aspects
  • Developing TBMs field effectiveness

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

  • ·Monitoring of effort parameter and execution of strategies
  • ·Monitoring Brand wise & Value wise Month on Month Sales progression
  • ·Effective communicator & Analytical Skills
  • ·People Manager
Minimum Education

· BSc/B.Pharma background

· Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record

Minimum Experience/Training Required
  • Candidate with prior/current experience of 2 to 4 Years of a First Line manager in the same therapy.
  • Candidates from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage.
