Job Description
– Achieve sales targets assigned to the area, territory wise, and Brand wise every month
– Ensure implementation of company strategies in the marketplace
– Launch and nurture international brands
– Train and develop knowledge and skills of Territory executives to build competencies
– Profile towns and customers to improve the productivity of territories
– Maintain customer contact with the team to enhance prescription share
– Organise outreach activities to capture the patient population
– Channelise distribution to ensure the availability of products
– Provide feedback to the Marketing team in relation to brand promotion and competitor’s activity
– Ensure timely submission of reports
– Maintain high ethical values in the marketplace.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. would be preferred. Any other Graduate with Management Qualifications would also be considered.
1. Experience of 4 plus years.
2. Knowledge of Institutional business is desirable.
3. Experience in selling premium brands is essential.
A consistent record of achieving sales objectives is highly desirable
