The Company is having a strong presence in segments of OTC products, Stationery, and Clothing across the country. The company is looking forward to an enthusiastic candidate for the below position.

Position: Area Sales Manager (Ayurveda Pharma Ethical Division)

Qualification: B.Sc. /B. Pharm or equitant graduate

Experience: 8-10 years of pharma sales experience with exposure to Ayurveda ethical business preferably.

CTC Range: up to 6.00 Lacs, no constraints for an outstanding candidate

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales of the entire area -Rest of Maharashtra
  • Achieving monthly /Quarterly/Half yearly and Annual targets
  • Achieving primary and secondary sales
  • Coordination with distributors/stockists
  • Monitor doctor coverage with a focus on CP/Gyane/Ortho specialties
  • Ensuring timely reporting through a team in company-prescribed formats
  • Training to the Field Staff
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor sales teams
