Area Sales Manager – All Over India – Pharma PCD Business/Monopoly

Job Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience including & managing the distributors.
  • Responsible for Appointing PCD Distributors/Stockist accross the Geography Assigned.
  • Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating business growth.
  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting, and reporting to Zonal Heads & NSM.
  • Present technical information, concisely, and persuasively to customers.
  • Develop and manage an efficient Distribution network for sales.
  • Managing, training, motivating, and developing existing PCD Network and Expanding to drive revenue growth.

Essential Skills required:

  • Good communication skills, and Command over the Local Language
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to work in any environment

Desired Experience: 5-10 Years of Experience in Handling PCD Pharma Distributors, Channel Management in Pharma, Pharma Generic Experience in Wholesaling Model
