Maintain a Daily MIS report along with other weekly reports to track the Business activities – Prepare action plans and schedules to achieve specific targets.
Ensuring timely collection of payments, Developing a plan to achieve monthly targets, and setting daily/weekly/monthly targets for the team.
Identifying potential opportunities so that sales could be derived and hence registered a strong brand presence in the market.
New business development from existing and new customers.
Team handling & Ensure Team discipline
Responsible for the business targets of the territory
Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing members to aid in the Sales and Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.
Candidate should have experience in Sales in Pharmaceutical Industry only
Undergraduates having relevant experience in the field with a proven track record will also be considered.
Team handling experience and good management skills.
